Red Algae off Jupiter Island

February 2008, I shot this photo of a Red Algae bloom at Coral Cove Park in Jupiter.

The majority of the Reef is covered by what appears to be a Bleached Brain Coral.

Alot of pollution was drifting on top of the water, which may have caused me to be sick for 3 days.

I am also aware that the Florida DEP now accepts that Red-tide is due to run-off waters.
